Sauteed Green Beans...



Super simple, so fresh, so crisp, compliments anything perfectly. You can't go wrong.

Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh green beans, ends trimmed
2 cloves garlic, minced
a drizzle of expeller pressed coconut oil
sea salt
pepper
Directions:
After rinsing your green beans, discarding small or shriveled ones, trimming the ends and cutting them into bite sizes, toss them in boiling water to blanch them for 2-3 minutes. Then throw them right into a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of expeller pressed coconut oil and freshly minced garlic cloves. Toss every few minutes for 5-6 minutes, depending on how crunchy you like them. Season with sea salt & pepper and serve! Enjoy!!

These sound delicious, I generally use olive oil and garlic for my green beans. What health benefits does the grapes seed oil offer? Thanks for posting!

Hi,
Well she emailed her but has not heard back. So my friend started watermarking all her photos with her name on them so at least it's there, but they can still be taken and crop the name off. There are legal steps you could take but I'm not sure how to go about it. Maybe ask around on facebook/twitter or even let wordpress know about her blog.
The blog seems to be a robot type of blog or something because it took my friends last post and copied it to it, my friend's post was calling this blogger out. You have to go read, it's funny, it's like she called herself out on it.
